  1. INTRODUCTION:

A friendly greeting to all – May God bless each one of you.

We give thanks to the Lord for another report of a month with many good experiences. God has been good and has been our anchor. In each event we have seen His glory shine in a special way. We are profoundly grateful for your support of this ministry.  Together we make a difference for the glory and honour of God.

We participated in a special service especially directed to youth. The church is focusing on reaching youth through activities and programs which are relevant to their life situations. Pastor Víctor shared a message centered on the importance of seeking God in this critical stage of their lives, with the purpose to have a foundation that is firm and filled with hope.

We held a 2-day series of evangelistic preaching with the purpose of winning souls for Christ. The events were greatly blessed, both for the church’s congregation and for those who had been invited. On Friday one person gave their life to Jesus and Saturday various people rededicated themselves to the Lord.

Pastor Diomar and the congregation expressed their joy and motivation for the teachings given by Pastor Victor  It was a time of spiritual renewal that strengthend the enthusiasm of the church.

12, 13, 14-11-25: Family Campaign in “Thankful” Baptist Church in Estelí
A three-day series of conferences focused on the building up of the family. The themes were as follows:

  1. Resolving Family Conflicts

  1. The Nuclear Family and The Extended Famiiy

  2. The Family Home – Serving God

Each conference was very edifying for the congregation. The local pastor and his wife were very satisfied with the spiritual results and expressed their desire that the fruit would continue to be seen in the coming months.

15-11-25: Evangelístic Campaign in Sébaco

We were helping with the planting of a new church in the city of Sébaco, located approximately 30 km from Matagalpa. The churches of the district south of The Good Samaritan mission came together to help this new mission project.

The campaign was a 3-day event (Friday-Sunday). On that Saturday, Pastor Victor preached. The attendance was good, with residents Sébaco attending and also a good number of people from the different churches of the district.

We firmly believe that this activity was a real blessing and marked an excellent beginning for this new work that is being iniciated in this zone.  We give glory to God for opening doors to permit the planting of the seed of the Gospel in in the hearts of people so that they might know and worship God.

16-11-25 San Antonio de Padua in Somoto

On this ocasion we had the priviledge to help the Prince of Peace Baptist Church in their walk of teaching and praise.

  • Morning session (10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)

Pastor Víctor shared a great teaching about the spiritual gifts, the ministries and the diverse workings within the Body of Christ. He emphasized the responsibility of each believer to use their gifts in the Lord’s service, for the edification and growth of the church.

  • Afternoon session (3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

The pastor continued ministering the Word, this time over the theme of genuine praise and worship to God. It was a time of spiritual renewal in that the participants were encouraged to offer God their worship in spirit and in truth.

Both events were a real blessing for those in attendance, strengthening their spiritual life and giving tools for service in their local ministry.

Pastor Víctor arrived in Nicaragua on October 8 2025 and returned to Canada November 21 2015. He visited 12 churches including 4 in Managua, 3 in  Estelí (Estelí, Trinidad), 1 in Matagalpa (Sebaco), 4 en Madriz (Yalaguina and Somoto). As well we attended a pastors’ encounter in Estelí and a class of theology students in Condega. We set aside some days before his departure for rest and relaxation.

29-11-2025 – Students in the Diploma in Ministry Program.

On Saturday November 29 from 8:00 a 11:30 a.m. we held our encounter with the students of Group 1. During this encounter the students were given the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to respond to a test with questions about the material covered in both courses. In addition each student completed a questionnaire about their spiritual gifts. Before concluding the encounter we handed out the course materials for the final course in the series. The students who complete this final section of the program will graduate in a ceremony to be held with the other current groups who are nearing completeion.

Exciting news: Evangelism and Bible Distribution  Carlos Betanco, one of our collaborators, has formed an evangelism team that visits diverse communities in Nicaragua with the purpose to share the Word of God. During these visits the team gives out Bibles to the people who receive Christ or those who show interest in studying the Scriptures and growing in their faith. Our ministry assists this ministry in this labour by giving out Bibles and Gospel tracts. Thanks to a sister church in Houston TX we have received a valuable donation of Bibles and evangelistic materials which are being distributed, being a blessing for many families, churches and communities.

III. – PROJECTS THAT NEEED SUPPORT

  1. A) Technological Equipment

With the purpose of strengthening the teaching and training, we need two portable computers. These tools will permit that the members of our team  have access to the class materials and can prepare their presentations and participate in video-conferences to advance in their training and updating of resources. The estimated cost of this investment is aproximently $800 USD. This will contribute directly to elevating the quality of service that we offer in the areas of training and ministry.

  1. B) Furniture for the guest room in Estelí
To improve the conditions of our room for our collaborators and missionary guests, we need to purchase a desk, a chair adequate for working at the desk and a 35 inch television. This furniture will enable us to offer a comfortable, functional space for visiting guests to rest, study and prepare their ministry materials. The investment reeded is $350 USD.

  2. C) Aquisition of a vehicle for ministry needs

We have already raised $23,000 USD to be used toward the purchase of a vehicle that will facilitate access to rural areas; a ‘heavy-duty’ vehicle is necessary to be able to drive on the ‘roads’ that are the only access we have to reach the isolated areas. In the villages that we have been able to visit, we have been able to reach out to people with evangelistc campaigns, pastoral care and other missionary help. But we need a vehicle that can adequately help us reach these rural people.

Our goal is $30,000 USD, and we will be grateful for whatever support that you can give to be able to acquire a vehicle that would facilitate this village ministry.

  1. PRAYER REQUESTS

  • Ministry Expansion 2026 We ask that you accompany us in prayer so that during the next year we can visit new churches with the purpose of increasing our ministerial support network. We would also like to receive at least three visiting missionaries in 2026, hold a spiritual retreat for pastor and their wives, and to offer a specialized ministerial training for pastors and leaders. We would like to serve a greater number of churches, both urban and rural, and continue expanding our diploma programs programs and our other training programs.

  • Protection and wisdom We are praying and asking that the churches intercede for our protection, health, grace, and wisdom in each activity. Our desire is to continue to be servants who bring edification in each church that we visit and in each activity. May the Lord help us to walk under His direction in every moment.

  • Expansion of the ministry team Currently we have two colaborators: one in Somoto and the other in Ocotal. Our strong desire is to incorporate one additional colaborator in Estelí and another in Managua, to strengthen the regional work and to amplify the ministerial covering. Please pray for God’s provision and His direction to fulfill this purpose.

  1. MINISTRY AGENDA – NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 2025

Novembre 29 and December 6, 13, 14 y 20 we will be holding encounters with groups of students who are in the Diploma in Ministry. With God’s help, we expect to celebrate their graduations in 2026.

For the time being, we ask that donations continue to be sent in the name of Tabernáculo Bautista Nueva Jerusalén – Kitchener, Ontario, Canada [with an attached note designating your gift to Together in Love -or- Juntos en Amor] We will send information when we are able to receive the donations directly in the name of Ministerio Internacional Juntos en Amor, INC.

We express our profound gratitude for you faithfulness and generosity. Thanks to your support, it is possible to  accomplish the work we are doing without any cost to the churches, pastors, and leaders that we serve. Many of them have very limited resources, and our burning desire is that no church would be unable to receive help for lack of funds.

May God bless you abundantly!
