MISSION REPORT
August 2025
During the month of August, by God’s grace, we were able to carry out various activities of teaching, training and strengthening of churches and leaders in different cities of the country (Nicaragua). Each encounter was a time of spiritual edification, Biblical training and communion among God’s people.
August 1 CNPEN (Consejo Nacional de Pastores Evangélicos del Norte) We participated in the meeting of the National Council of Evangelical Pastors of Northern Nicaragua.
August 4, 6 13, 20, 25, 27 – “Foundations of Spiritual Leaders” is a workshop that we presented online to help pastors with essential tools for success in ministry.
August 10 – Yalaguina In Bethel Church we shared the workshop, “Marriage According to God” (10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.). The purpose was to reinforce the biblical principles of marriage, reaffirming the importance of unity, sacrificial love, and mutual commitment. The pastor of the church, José Dávila and the participants expressed gratitude and satisfaction for being able to receive these practical teachings to edify homes more firmly in faith.
August 11 – Estelí In El Shadai church, under the direction of Pastors Mercedes Torrez and Pastor Jaime Aguilar, we presented the workshop “The Doctrine of Christ” (6:00 – 8:00 p.m.). The pastors arrived with a deep desire to grow in the knowledge of the person of Christ and the work of Christ. They expressed that the teaching helped to consolidate the doctrinal fundamentals and to respond to questions, doubts and false interpretations.
August 16 – Estelí We had an information encounter with the students of the Diploma in Pastoral Ministry (Group 1) with the objective of continuing the equipping of future service in areas of leadership, preaching and pastoral service. There was very good interaction, and an active exchange of questions and answers that fortified the vision for service in ministry.
August 18 – Estelí Returning to El Shadai church, we continued the workshop “The Doctrine of Christ”. Those in attendance continued to reiterate their desire to go deeper into Christological doctrine and in the Centrality of Christ. The pastors showed their satisfaction with how the themes were developed and expressed how necessary the training was to reorient their ‘journey’.
August 23 – Somoto We were programmed to hold the workshop “Integral Growth of the Church” in Spearhead Ministry, lead by Pastor José Dávila. However, for reasons not related to the ministry, the meeting had to be cancelled.
August 24 – Estelí We visited the church Jehová Nisi, under the direction of Pastor Lorenzo González, and held the workshop “Menopause and its Complications for the Christian Woman”, led by Dr. Martha Pacheco. The workshop was a real blessing for the women, integrating the medical aspects and spiritual principles. Besides the teaching there was an emphasis on emotional health and mutual support. The pastor expressed his appreciation and asked us to continue bringing workshops to his congregation.
August 30 and 31 – Managua We began the “History Makers” series with Module 1 on this weekend in the Alpha and Omega church, led by Pastor César Joel Blandón. This workshop will continue during 2 more weekends: September 6-7, and concluding at the end of the teaching on
October 4-5. On the first weeked when we launched the program in that church, it was received with much enthusiasm, with active participation of the 24 adults and youth who desired to be used by God in the transformation of their communities. - Good health, which permits us to maintain an active agenda without interruptions.
- The open doors in churches and the acceptance by the pastors, allowing us to bless the churches, pastors and congregations through workshops and teaching.
- The people who support us in prayer and financially, which permits us to continue offering our services without cost to churches and pastors.
PROJECTS THAT NEED SUPPORT
- a) Computers for the teaching team: 3 laptops to facilitate access to materials for the 3 people who are assisting us in the teaching. Cost – approximately $400 USD each (total $1200 USD for the 3 laptops)
