Thank you for putting your confidence in our work in the in the ministry to which God has given us and thank you for your generosity and the ongoing interest you have in being an active part in equipping pastors and congregations to bring hope, light and the message of salvation in their communities and beyond.
2. Mission report:
June 1: We ministered in the city of Somoto, sharing the workshop, “Essential Strategies for Success in Christian Discipleship.” This a 4-hour teaching (9am – 1pm), held in the church, Miracle of God, Step of Faith. Participants: Adult and youth members of the congregation. The Church in Somoto, established approximately four years ago, has experienced significant growth under the leadership of Pastor Dioner Mejía. With the Lord’s guidance the pastor and congregation have not only grown in membership, but they have also been able to build their own facilities.
June 4: In the Church of God of Prophecy in Las Vegas, we led a 2-hour (7-9pm) workshop, “What is the Legacy that am I Building?” The objective was to lead the participants in identifying the kind of impact they will leave, considering the Biblical principles and their practical experiences. “How will my life make a difference after the certain project is finished, or after my life on earth has passed?”
June 7: In our centre in the city of Estelí, we held the workshop “Discovering and Living According to the Purpose God that God has Designed for my Life”. As the title suggests: our objective for this workshop was to help the participants to identify God’s designs for their lives, based on Biblical principles and practical experiences. The workshop included themes such as: spiritual identity, gifts and talents, God’s leading, and personal commitment and personal mission. There was a time for deep reflection, Bible teaching, participation activities and times of guided prayer.
June 8: We ministered in Bethany Baptist church in Estelí, sharing the workshop “The Growth of the Church through the Activity of Each Member”. The purpose of this workshop was to teach the value of the commitment and active participation of every believer in the integral growth of the local church. We reflected on key Bible passages that speak of healthy church growth and the importance of each church member faithfully fulfilling their particular part (example Ephesians 4:16). The teaching motivated the leadership and members to identify their gifts and work together in love for the edification of the Body of Christ.

June 10:
a) We participated in the Trimestral Assembly of Pastors organized by the Good Samaritan Association, which was held in Bethany Baptist Church. This association is composed of 60 pastors, who represent diverse local congregations. We were cordially invited to share about our ministry. We presented different areas in which we help local pastors and churches: workshops and tools to strengthen pastoral leadership and integral growth of the church. Each of these opportunities to share with organizations like this has resulted in further openings for us to visit various churches of the organization with the possibility to then provide programs that will help those churches, as we continue to minister according to our commitment to the edification of the Body of Christ.
b) We ministered in the Church of God of the Prophesy in Las Vegas, with the workshop “Characteristics of the Early Church”. The purpose of this workshop was to teach that the principle task was to spread the message of Jesus Christ and to establish Christian communities based on Christian faith and practices of Jesus’ teaching. This evangelization, worship, communion of believers, and the preparation for the second coming of Christ.
June 14: We held a very well-received workshop, “The Development of Christian Character” in our centre in the city of Estelí. There was a very warm atmosphere of Christian fellowship, Bible teaching and spiritual growth. During our morning together (8- 11:30 am.) we were able to cover fundamental principles of Christian character such as the image of Christ (including characteristics such as humility, integrity, self-control, obedience, and loving one’s neighbour) There were times of group participation, reflections, interaction activities and prayer in groups of participants.
June 15: We had the privilege in the First Baptist Church in Palacagüina to share in the morning service the workshop “How to have an Intimate Relationship with God”. It was a very special time of spiritual edification, deep Bible study and personal rededication to the Lord. There was a very active participation from those in attendance. We had covered themes such as sincere prayer, constancy in Bible study, daily obedience to God, dependence on the Holy Spirit, etc. Additionally, we offered practical tools to cultivate a significant and consistent (daily) devotional life with God.
June 28: We held the workshop for women, “Menopause, its Characteristics and Challenges” in Victory Baptist Church in Yalagüina en Madriz”. This was aimed at helping women have an integrated orientation (physical, emotional, spiritual) to this particular stage of a woman’s life. We provided both medical and spiritual information (and answers). Dr. Raül Silva spoke on relevant topics such as hormonal changes specific to menopause, common symptoms and how to navigate them, women’s overall health, and Biblical and pastoral perspectives to live this time of life with dignity and strength. There was significant active participation with questions from attendees, and responses from medical doctors (Dr. Raül Silva and Dr. Martha Pacheco). This initiative was obviously very helpful to the women – to have a reliable information and guidance from integrated medical and Biblical perspectives. The event was coordinated by Mayra Bustillo working in collaboration with Pastor Santiago Urtecho, pastor of the host church

June 29: We shared the workshop “Christian Service – Reasons and Benefits” in the Baptist Church, Trinity. This was an time of edification related to the principle of ‘every believer sharing in love, faithfulness and humility in the Body of Christ’. During the workshop we reflected on Biblical teaching about service, it’s purpose in God’s kingdom, and the spiritual benefits that service produces in those who serve. The experience in the workshop included explanation, dialogue, and practical application. We are grateful to Pastor Ismael and the church for their willingness to host the workshop and the commitment to the spiritual growth of the members.

PRAYER REQUESTS: Dear Faith-family: Please accompany us in prayer for the following needs, trusting in God to hear our prayers and respond according to His will, His love and His faithfulness:
1. For the congregations we have visited, that each church will continue to grow in spiritual maturity, unity and effectiveness in the mission of making disciples, according to God’s calling.
2. For our health, protection and provision, that God will keep us in good health, giving us protection in every missionary visit, and that He bless our family, and provide for our ministry needs and our personal needs.
3. For God’s direction in the ministry, that He guide us and give us wisdom for decisions in managing the ministry has placed in our hands.
4. For the addition of other servants in the ministry, for the governmental registration of the ministry. We thank God for having received approval for the registration of the ministry in Canada. Now we are praying for the charitable number, hoping to receive this before the year’s end.
5. For my legal residence in Nicaragua. Currently I live here on a tourist visa, which requires me to leave the country every three months. We are now praying and working on obtaining Nicaraguan Residence status, which will provide stability and access to benefits that allow greater liberty and continuity.

We are very grateful for your prayer support! We know that, united in the Holy Spirit, God will continue to open doors and fulfill His purposes. “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know” (Jeremiah 33:3 NKJV)
