TRAINING WORKSHOP
CHURCH PLANTING PLAN
This plan is structured in four phases, encompassing a total of 20 teaching sessions and practical workshops. It provides theoretical training, strategic tools for church planters, group dynamic discussions, an implementation roadmap, printable PDF materials, an international certificate, and personalized counseling for church planters for one year.
CHURCH GROWTH MAP
This is a structured action plan designed to help churches practically implement basic biblical principles to fulfill the Great Commission and achieve both numerical and spiritual growth. The workshop runs for one year, with monthly training sessions and material distribution. These materials are taught to leaders and then shared with the congregation.
STEWARDSHIP OF SPIRITUAL GIFTS
According to Romans 12:6, all believers have been given spiritual gifts through grace. However, many have yet to discover or develop them. This four-hour workshop is designed to help believers identify, cultivate, and use their gifts for the benefit of others.
STRATEGIC FOR CHURCH GROWTH AND SUCCESS
A 12-hour workshop where students learn to define and develop their ministry or personal vision, mission, goals, and strategic plans — addressing short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
ESSENTIAL PRINCIPLES FOR SUCCESS MINISTRY
This workshop provides practical tools to help leaders and ministers achieve fruitful and prosperous ministry outcomes, especially in the context of 2025 and beyond.
STORY MAKERS
A leadership development workshop based on eight core values for effective ministry. It can be completed in one or two days. Day one includes 32 teaching and workshop sessions; day two offers 15 teaching and 17 workshop sessions. Graduates receive an internationally recognized diploma, coaching credentials, a PDF textbook, presentation slides, and access to ILI
resources.
TO NEW HEIGHTS
A spiritual and personal growth plan for pastors and church leaders. This year-long program includes quarterly four-hour training sessions focused on leadership development.
DEVELOPING CHRISTIAN CHARACTER
A four-hour workshop based on 2 Corinthians 5:17 — “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” This new nature in Christ must be nurtured and developed in the believer.
IMPROVING THE FAMILY
A curriculum designed to address areas of weakness within the family. Two sessions are recommended each year — one at the beginning and one near the end. The duration may vary depending on each family’s specific needs.
INNER HEALING
A practical workshop focused on healing emotional wounds through prayer. Over the course of one month, participants attend weekly training sessions, receive materials, practice what they learn, and are evaluated. The goal is to equip believers to counsel others through Spirit-led prayer.
MENOPAUSE: CHARACTERISTICS AND CHALLENGES
This session equips women to better understand the hormonal changes that occur throughout different stages of life, and how to manage their impact with grace and knowledge.
FINANCIAL PRINCIPLES TO TRANSFORM YOUR FINANCES AND YOUR LIFE.
This 12-hour workshop teaches biblical principles for managing the material resources God entrusts to us. Each participant will learn to create and manage a personal monthly budget as a tool for financial stewardship and transformation.
SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP: PROACTIVE OR REACTIVE MINISTERIAL SERVICES.
An exploration of the nature and effectiveness of spiritual leadership — comparing proactive ministry approaches with reactive ones to inspire intentional, Spirit-led service.
